A cleaner first 30 days with every client
Reduce missing records, unclear responsibilities, and preventable rework.

Before the engagement starts
Write down the deliverables, exclusions, starting balances, software, deadlines, and client owner. Separate backlog cleanup from recurring work. Agree a secure document route and the conditions that move a deadline.
Build a readiness gate
Confirm access is delegated rather than passwords shared. Check that statements and prior-period records are complete. Assign one owner to track blockers and explain what cannot start yet. Do not let missing records silently become staff overtime.
Close the loop
At the first review, show what is complete, what is unresolved, and who owes the next action. Ask whether the reports answer the client’s actual decision. Turn recurring questions into a better checklist and revisit scope after the first full cycle.
Turn the idea into a plan.
